Workouts are created with a set of dumbbells, exercise ball and resistance bands. However, as I mention in the pre-week videos, you may always substitute a piece of equipment with something you have.
To make a long story short, the above equipment is recommended, but you can do this with anything!
If we are working together 1:1, I will design your workouts with your equipment in mind. For example, I have a woman I train who exercises at home. I design her workouts around things she has at home. I also train someone who brings the app to the gym so I design his workout around gym equipment.
