I offer a FIT Guide program you can take with you to the gym or complete from your home designed to get you results quickly. You will be completing circuits which will burn calories, shed fat and sculpt your body.

I also offer 1:1 Online Personal Training to more personally understand your goals, likes and needs and create workouts specifically for you. I give you a fitness and nutrition road-map that will lead to directly from your starting point to where you want to go. No questions, no hassle. Just results. We communicate through an app on your phone or laptop so you can take me anywhere!
Do you require a monthly subscription?
No, each program or month of 1:1 personal training is purchased separately because I feel icky about being tied into contracts too.
Who are your FIT Guide programs for?
The FIT Guide programs (Love Your Body and FIT U) are designed for busy women who want to see their abs, want definition in their arms, legs and feel GREAT again. I designed this program for women who want to mix up their current routines and start something new. 
The FIT U FIT Guide is a lighter version of my Love Your Body FIT Guide and starts a little slower. It is NOT easy and it is still very effective. If you are getting back into exercise, this would be a great place to start!

Both guides are designed to be done anywhere and on YOUR time. It's like having your personal trainer in your pocket. I'm your secret weapon to seeing better results.

What equipment will I need?
The FIT Guides are designed to be taken anywhere! I wanted to design a program around you and your life - while still getting you the results you want, and quickly! 
Workouts are created with a set of dumbbells, exercise ball and resistance bands. However, as I mention in the pre-week videos, you may always substitute a piece of equipment with something you have. 
To make a long story short, the above equipment is recommended, but you can do this with anything!

If we are working together 1:1, I will design your workouts with your equipment in mind. For example, I have a woman I train who exercises at home. I design her workouts around things she has at home. I also train someone who brings the app to the gym so I design his workout around gym equipment.
